Our swim lessons for kids ages 4 and up are designed to build confidence and develop essential water skills in a fun, supportive environment. For beginners (ages 4-7), we focus on water safety, floating, basic arm and leg movements, and breath control through engaging activities that make learning enjoyable. As children progress to the intermediate level (ages 8+), the lessons focus on refining strokes like freestyle and backstroke, improving breathing techniques, and building endurance. We also introduce water survival skills, such as treading water and swimming in deep water, helping kids become strong, independent swimmers.

Beginners (Ages 4-7)

  1. Introduction to Water Safety: Teaching basic safety rules, including how to enter and exit the pool safely.
  2. Floating Skills: Learning how to float on their back and front with assistance.
  3. Blowing Bubbles: Introducing breath control and getting comfortable with water on the face.
  4. Basic Arm and Leg Movements: Starting with kicking and simple arm movements, focusing on coordination.
  5. Fun Water Activities: Using games and exercises to help children enjoy the water while learning.
  6. Building Confidence: Encouraging independence in the water with positive reinforcement.
  7. Introduction to Freestyle: Beginning to practice basic freestyle strokes with support.
  8. Safe Submersion: Teaching children how to safely dip their heads under water.
  9. Group Lessons Available: Small group classes to foster social learning and cooperation
  10. Parental Involvement Optional: Parents can watch lessons to help reinforce skills outside of class.
